Island Comfort Quilts are prepared annually in a community-wide quilting bee held each spring. These quilts are donated to cancer patients on Salt Spring Island by the Island Comfort Quilts committee.

- The Stitch Dimension Quilt Guild is based on Salt Spring Island and meets twice a month (first and third Wednesday evening of each month - September to June) 7:00 PM at the Baptist Church at 520 Lower Ganges Road. Membership costs $50. per year payable in September.
